After that there aren't really any rules but just polite recommendations, like maybe you could think of situations in which you habitually and unnecessarily apologise and commit to no longer apologising in those situations and nominate a trusted friend to gently remind you when you slip up, but then remember that if you do slip up and apologise for something you have committed to not apologising for you don't have to apologise for slipping up because the first rule of Overapologising Club is that you do not have to apologise for being in Overapologising Club.
